The Department of National Defence (DND) implemented the Microsoft tool Defence 365 (D365) to communicate and conduct business. Cadets365 is the platform created for Cadet use within the DND communications framework.
Cadet365 is the primary method of communication between Cadets and Squadron Staff. TEAMS is a messaging platform within Cadets365. It is important that all cadets initialize and regularly check their Teams account as well as review other valuable information within Cadet365. A functioning Teams account is required for Ground School as well as sign ups for other activities.
HOW TO USE CADET 365/TEAMS:
Cadets are expected to check, monitor and respond to communications through TEAMS on a weekly basis. Cadets are responsible to make sure a suitable recovery address is available in case a password reset is required. It’s suggested a separate email address is used to facilitate the password reset process, if required. Help from parents is welcome, however, we require Cadets to take responsibility for all interactions on Cadets365.
(Note: All DND communication systems, including Cadets365, are to be used in the following countries: Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia. Operating Cadets365 outside of these countries will result in an Account Lockout.)

Cadet365 Sign-In
Cadet 365 account sign-in is from the Microsoft Office 365 sign-in web page on your preferred web browser.
(i.e. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox). www.office.com
All communication regarding Cadet365 must include cadets full name and rank along with their non-cadet email so we can send them the updated passwords.

SIGNED CADET CODE OF CONDUCT MUST BE SUBMITTED
All Cadets must submit a signed Cadet Code of Conduct to be permitted to participate in Cadet activities.
Please download, sign and submit a signed Cadet Code of Conduct to staff, as soon as possible.
HEALTH RELATED ISSUES
EXCUSED ABSENCE: Cadets are responsible for informing the Squadron of any absence via the Excused Absence Form on the Squadron Website.
DOCTORS NOTE FOR CLOSING: Cadets must have a doctor’s note indicating if they cannot participate in closing and need to sit it out.
UPDATES TO HEALTH CARD INFORMATION: Cadets are responsible for ensuring that their Health Cards are up to date at all times. Please ensure that you supply the Squadron Administration Office with a copy of any changed/updated health card or contact information.
