Don Bosco, please use North parking lot, from St Georges Blvd.

Dress:

Fall back date for registration is Friday September 18th 2015.

All returning cadets must complete the re-validation process by Friday September 25th.

Follow the checklists below to ensure you have the following items ready for this evening.

Please ensure you have the following items on you before you leave your homes.

Pen
$70 cash/ cheque
One legal parent/guardian
Name, number and address of both parents/ guardians
Name, number and address of doctor
Name, number and address of emergency contact (can't be living with you)
Health Card of potential cadet and copy, if possible
One of the following
- a valid Canadian passport; OR
- a birth certificate; OR
- a valid resident card; OR
- a valid identification card issued by a Canadian provincial or federal government agency.
