Dress: Non marking Sports/running shoes, 700 Squadron T-Shirt1, appropriate gym shorts/ track pants. No spandex shorts/ pants allowed.
This event is mandatory component of your training. You are required to register for this event.
NOTE:
1. Those of you who do not have a 700 Squadron T-Shirt will be given one.
2. Please eat before you attend this event
3. Lunch will be provided
4. Cadets are to bring their health cards & a bottle of water
